Vivacy Gala dinner 2026 – Into the Lab

CELEBRATION
A modular, science-inspired immersive event at Pavillon Cambon Capucines uniting four Vivacy brands through architectural scenography, experiential storytelling, and high-impact production.

For the third consecutive year, we partnered with Laboratoires Vivacy to design and produce a bold, immersive brand experience at Pavillon Cambon Capucines. Conceived as a modular “Lab” universe, the event brought together four brands under the Vivacy umbrella, ROC, Burgeon, PharmaResearch Co. Ltd., and Laboratoires Vivacy, within a central architectural structure that anchored the entire space. The concept merged scientific precision with high-impact scenography, transforming the venue into a contemporary laboratory of innovation.

At the heart of the experience stood a striking cubic installation, designed as both a visual landmark and a storytelling device. Each brand unfolded within its own dedicated lab station, creating distinct yet cohesive environments connected through a unified blue-toned aesthetic. Animated cocktail creations served from bespoke laboratory counters reinforced the experiential narrative, allowing guests to move through the space as if navigating different realms of research and discovery. Lighting, sound design, and modular production elements were orchestrated to balance spectacle with sophistication.

This project exemplifies our approach to luxury corporate event production in Paris: translating complex brand ecosystems into immersive spatial experiences. Through architectural scenography, technical precision, and curated entertainment, we created a journey that was both experimental and celebratory, an environment where science met storytelling, and innovation became tangible.
