Privacy Policy Introduction

Data privacy and protection is very important to us for everyone who uses our services.We’ll go into more detail about what we use your data for below, but the first thing we want you to know is that we don’t collect it to be nosy. And it’s not so we can sell it on to someone else. One of the ways we access data is directly from you. You might fill in a form or get in touch with us by email, phone. We also get data through other companies. Like Google, who give us search engine data and analytics. On top of that, we’re given information like your contact and bank details and the things you’ve bought from us from the people that provide us with payment and technical services.There are also companies that we work with who collect information from public records (such as the census and electoral register), and we also do this ourselves. The details we get from these sources will be things like your name, address and date of birth.The final area is data that’s automatically collected. 4. To whom do we share your information?

The Digital Services are not intended for use by children, especially those under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

5. How long will we keep data?
We’ll only keep your data for as long as we need to. But, that said, we have to hold on to certain things – like your name, contact information and some bank details. We do not store customer data for longer than 6 years after the last purchase.Where you sign up to receive email marketing from us we will retain your e-mail address after you ‘opt-out’ of receiving emails to ensure that we continue to honour and respect that request. To unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, please click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email and update your account preferences.
